50+ safety-specific policies & procedures that’s resulted in stellar safety metrics and below-average TRIR.
Practice
Pre-shift meetings and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) are completed by the jobsite supervisor while receiving input and feedback from the crew in a group setting.
Training
HSE training is performed through a variety of avenues including general lecture, computer-based training, tailgate safety meetings, personal one-on-one interaction, and multi-media delivery.
